Instructions for Payment of Fees OTET 2014:
Fees can be paid either Bank Challan or Online (using Net Banking)
Bank Challan
1. After filling up the Online Application Student can print the computer generated challan
and pay the fees in any branch of the SBI after One working day (After 11.00 AM).
2. State Bank of India has Charging Rs 50 as (Service Charges) if you pay the fees through
Bank Challan. So, student need to pay the charges (Mentioned on Challan) .

Step By Step instruction for Online Application:
1. Candidate should read the Notification before applying online.
2. Scan the below Document , Photograph and Signature as per the guidelines before
online application.
a. Qualifying Examination Certificate.
b. HSC /Class 10th Certificate (for all)
c. Category Certificate (For SC,ST and SEBC candidate)
d. PH/PWD certificate for Person With Disability (PWD)
e. 12th Class (+2) Mark sheet or Certificate (where Marks mentioned) for
Untrained candidate (SC/ST/PH)
f. Appearing Qualifying Exam Certificate (Candidate appearing qualifying exam
2014)
g. Photo and Signature (All candidate)
3. Click Apply Online
a. Select the Paper from the application
b. If you select Paper 1 then Select the language , Read the eligibility and click ‘I
Agree”
c. If you select Paper 2 then select the language, Read the eligibility and click ‘I
Agree” and Select the Subject.
d. Select your position Regarding qualifying examination
e. If you already completed the exam then enter year of completion, your
university name and Marks obtained. Upload the completion certificate
f. If you are going to complete the exam in 2014 then enter board/ university
name. Upload continuous certificate.
g. If you are untrained candidate(Only SC/ST/PH) then Upload the +2 certificate
h. Enter your personal Details
i. Full Name , Gender, Category (if SC/ST/SEBC then upload category
certificate), Enter Date of Birth and Upload the class 10th certificate.
ii. Person with Disability : Select type of Disability ,percentage and whether
you need a Scribe for the examination.
i. Enter Contact /communication Details:
i. Mobile No.
ii. Email Id
iii. Correspondence Address and Permanent Address
j. Enter your Educational details
i. Exam passed
ii. Subject : use Short Form
iii. Board/University Name
iv. Month and Years completion
v. Max marks and Marks obtained
vi. Percentage of Marks.

k. Upload Scanned photo and Signature
l. Select the payment option
i. SBI Challan : After you submit the application System will generate SBI
Challan with your details ,save the challan and take the Print out of
challan. On next working day (After 11:00 AM) visit any SBI and pay the
challan amount.
ii. SBI I Connect payment (Online) : After Submit if you have credit card,
debit card or net banking facilities you can pay the examination fee thru
online. System will generate application number and URL candidate will
click the Link and pay the fees.(Please check “How to Pay Online
document” before paying.
4. Application number and Password will be sending to you by SMS and Email.
5. Click “Candidate Login” then login and take the Print out, don’t send the print out keep
the print out for future reference.

BOARD OF SECONDARY EDUCATION, ODISHA, CUTTACK invited online application form  for ODISHA Teacher eligibility Test 2014 from the intending eligible candidates, to appear at the 2nd OTET 2013 Online application form Last date 18.01.2014

OTET 2014 ELIGIBILITY
1. Candidates having the following minimum qualifications shall be eligible for appearing at 2nd OTET 2013, as specified in Resolution No.14302/ SME/Dt.04.06.2012 and letter No.23860/SME Dt.21.10.2013 of Govt. in School &Mass Education Department, Odisha, Bhubaneswar.
FOR CATEGORY –A (PAPER-I) i.e. –
Higher Secondary (+2 or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 2 years Diploma in Elementary Education / 2 years Diploma in Education (Special Education) approved by RCI (Rehabilitation Council of India)/ Graduation with 2 years Diploma in Elementary Education / 2 years Diploma in Special Education approved by RCI.
FOR CATEGORY –B (PAPER-II) Graduation with at least 50% marks with 1 year Bachelor‟s Degree in Education
(B.Ed.)/ 1 year B.Ed. (Special Education) approved by RCI/Higher Secondary (+2 or equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4 years B.A. Ed./ B.Sc. Ed. (integrated course).
Provided that relaxation of 5% in qualifying marks in +2 or at the graduation level, as the case may be; shall be allowed to the candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/ SEBC category.

Online Registration would open on 04.01.2014 and closes on 18.01.2014 at 23:59 hrs.
Step- 1 : Log on to http://http://bseodisha.nic.in Step-2 : Click on “OTET” and subsequently enter the relevant paper applied for. Step-3 :Read the Advertisement carefully and be ready with the scan copies of the documents mentioned above and then click on “Register Online” & fill up the Online Application Form with your details. Step-4 : Click SUBMIT, take a print of the Challan copy after it is displayed or follow the link for Online payment. Step -5 : Please save the filled in application on to your local system for future printing/ reference using Application number and password.

How to apply & pay Fees for the examination. HOW TO APPLY :
Application should be submitted strictly ONLINE by logging on to Board of Secondary Education , Odisha, Cuttack website http://http://bseodisha.nic.in/ and click on “OTET 2013” and subsequently enter relevant paper (Paper-I or Paper-II). Application will not be accepted through any other mode. The website will be kept open from 03.01.2014 and close on 17.01.2014 at 23.59 hrs for submission of online application form. Candidates are allowed to apply only once and applications once submitted cannot be altered under any circumstances.

Admit card :: Candidates are required to possess a valid e-mail ID and mobile number, which is to be entered in the Application form, so that intimation regarding downloading of Hall Ticket for Written Test can be sent. Board of Secondary Education, Odisha will not be responsible for bouncing / loss of any e-mail sent to the candidates, due to invalid/ wrong email ID provided by the candidate or for delivery of e-mail to spam/ bulk mail folder or for delay/ non receipt of information, if the candidate fails to access his/her mail/ website in time..
